When the car was bought, the carpet in the foot well was damp.
When we stripped the car down, we noticed the matrix was leaking from the joint in the pipes.
So we reinforced the pipes with some wire rings and re-soldered the joint.

The heater was painted and ready to be assembled.

We packed the matrix out with some foam, to stop it from moving.

The heater was finished and ready to put in.
