After all the modifications, we paint the chassis with blue hammerite.

New fuel and brake pipes were fitted.

We then assembled the front suspension, bar the coil over dampers.
New coil over dampers for the front are to be measured by Dampertech.

The old dampers were fitted so we can drive up to Dampertech.

The engine was painted with black enamel and fitted ready for the gearbox.

A new Ford Sierra clutch was fitted.

When we modified the gearbox we painted it black.

The gearbox was then fitted.

The front hubs were fitted.

The radiator, electric fan, air tunnel and air horns were fitted.

Washer bottle and pump were fitted.

The axle and rear suspension were assembled, with
new coil over dampers from Dampertech.

A new propshaft was fitted.

 

The wood for the seat fixings were fitted.
